2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: FREE on orders over $50 USD.
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We want you and your loved ones to be completely delighted with your purchase. If an item is not as expected, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Exchanges

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Miniatures & Doll Accessories: If opened or assembled, due to their delicate and detailed nature.
  • Arts & Crafts Kits: If opened or used, for health and safety reasons.
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any product customized at your request.
  • Any item not in its original condition, missing parts, or showing signs of wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
